Will’s Dills were born out of curiosity in the summer of 2012 in Sunnyside, Queens, and later perfected through careful small-batch testing and spirited recipe development in the heart of Augusta, GA.

Formerly known as the PG-13’s. Crisp and clean, super garlic dills… packs all the punch and none of the heat of the Devil Dills.

Used my grandmother’s stock pot for the brine on this last batch… was very surreal to have her in the kitchen with me again. Fun fact: that pot will make 60 pints worth of brine on the nose.
